EIBTM signs agreement to stay through 2016
EIBTM, the leading global event for the meetings, incentives, events and business travel industry has confirmed that the show will remain in Barcelona until 2016 and will continue to be hosted in the Fira Gran Via.
Mr. Joan Gaspart, President of the Barcelona Tourisme Convention Bureau said, “Barcelona as a European city has a lot of promise for the future. Both in terms of the meeting’s industry and the tourism industry as many have discovered the potential of the Catalan’s capital. Our continued involvement with the EIBTM helps us to reinforce our assessment”.
Graeme Barnett, Reed Travel Exhibitions, EIBTM Exhibition Director commented, “EIBTM has become synonymous with Barcelona since we brought the show here in 2004. As one of the world’s leading tourist centres with influences in commerce, education, entertainment, media, fashion, science, the arts and sport, Barcelona is the ideal city for meetings, events, conferences and in our case, EIBTM”.

EIBTM 2013 will take place from 19th – 21st November in the Fira Gran Via Barcelona.
