Gulf Meetings and Events Show Launches Video Daily

The Gulf Incentive Business Travel and Meetings show (GIBTM), for the first time, will run daily video news reports from across the exhibition on its website and global travel and meetings web channel Meeting the World. GIBTM takes place next week at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi.

GIBTMMeeting the World Editor Ian Whiteling will be presenting the reports, which will feature interviews with the organisers, exhibitors, visitors and speakers, to create an engaging diet of video content for those at the show and those unable to attend.

“Online video is highly engaging and now highly accessible through smartphones and tablets, allowing visitors and exhibitors at this year’s GIBTM to watch the daily reports on the go,” said Whiteling. “Meanwhile, those unable to attend can tap into the event through the GIBTM website or on Meeting the World, extending the show’s reach. Plus attendees can catch up at their leisure after the show.”

Commenting on the new initiative, GIBTM Event Manager Lois Hall said, “We’re always looking at ways to add extra value to the visitor and exhibitor experience, and running our own web channel alongside the event will deliver greater and easily accessible insight to both audiences, as well as connecting with those travel and meetings professionals who are unable to attend. We’re also creating a new channel for our exhibitors and sponsors to engage with their target market, so it’s a win-win all round.”

“It was vital to make the video reports pertinent and believable, so partnering with Ian Whiteling and his Meeting the World team was key to ensuring great, professionally produced video content that’s shot and edited as the event happens.”

GIBTM takes place from 25-27 March at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi.

Thanks for the recommendations on credit repair on your site. Some tips i would tell people is usually to give up the actual mentality they can buy today and pay later. As a society many of us tend to repeat this for many issues. This includes trips, furniture, along with items we’d like. However, you must separate your own wants out of the needs. If you are working to raise your credit ranking score you really have to make some trade-offs. For example you may shop online to save money or you can visit second hand outlets instead of costly department stores pertaining to clothing.
