Considered as one of the most celebrated Formula 1 event, the Singapore Grand Prix is the only F1 night race that appears on the FIA Formula One World Championship Calendar. The Singapore Grand Prix takes place in the Marina Bay Circuit from September 18 to 20 this year.

Add to that the mesmerising performances by belly dancer Alia and percussionist Jamal, hypnotic acts by the Light Umbrellas from Austria and the quintessential gala-performance by Samba Brasil. The list of roving artists also boasts of a group of extensive theatrical entertainers from Australia, called the Supersonics.

Apart from the entertainment line-up, the 2015 Grand Prix is all set to be a great spectacle for the die-hard racing fans. Lewis Hamilton, racing for Mercedes, will try to give his best and match up to his brilliant performance in the 2014 Singapore Grand Prix where he won with an impressive 25 points. Sebastian Vettel, racing for Ferrari and Daniel Ricciardo for Red Bull Racing, will also try to better their performances and make up for the missed chance of winning the race in the 2014 Singapore Grand Prix. The audience are in for a treat as popular speedsters Felipe Massa racing for Williams, Fernando Alonso for Mclaren and Jenson Button also for Mclaren, are also gearing up for a fast and furious performance.

Tickets to this high-octane event are flying off the shelves, as many local and foreign race enthusiasts are booking tickets directly from the official website. Tickets to the Stamford Grandstand and the Pit Grandstand, priced at Singapore $1288 and $598 each are selling like hot cakes with only a few left. People who wanted to enjoy the race from the Esplanade Waterfront Grandstand or the Bay Grandstand have to look for other stands as tickets to both the stands have been sold out. So, if you want to be part of this amazing event, then don’t wait for the red lights to go off; you might lose the race to the ticket, or the ticket to the race.
