GenieConnect launches the industry’s first personalized marketing automation system

GenieConnect, the digital solutions provider for the events industry, has announced the launch of MarketingConnect, an intelligent marketing automation system for events, which is now available as part of GenieConnect’s event solutions portfolio.

As an integrated marketing automation solution, MarketingConnect has been designed to utilize event and attendee behaviour information gathered from other GenieConnect tools to generate relevant & personalized content, which is then channelled through attendee communications channels like email, in app & push messages. This allows event organizers to send highly targeted and relevant information to attendees to maximize engagement throughout the entire event life cycle.
